Compensation is flat rate per route as an independent contractor (1099). Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, and insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fresh bakery products daily to retail grocery accounts
- Stock product on store shelves and bread racks
- Rotate stock and remove stale or damaged product
- Build customer relationships with store managers and bakery department staff
- Process credits, returns, and damaged product reports
- Maintain accurate route records and order projections
Compensation: Flat rate per route (independent contractor – 1099)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable insured vehicle (cargo van or box truck)
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Available early morning hours (typical start 4 AM – 6 AM)
